We had a very good experience with the pass. Everything worked fine and we definitely got our money’s worth. You’ll need to do two to three things a day . But it worked everywhere we tried it. Some things are not in operation anymore but they had replacement’s. Overall happy with our purchase of the pass.

There are so many attractions that can not use. I suggest that everyone do not buy it.
BEWARE. Read throughly and call ahead to ALL attractions before showing up. The jump on, jump off bus is currently not running. Several attractions are no longer honoring the free pass. Became very frustrated by the end of our week long trip. Sightseeing was no help when called to explain why we could not use . June 2022

My significant other and I visited Nashville recently. We found this pass and thought it would be a great option as we were not exactly sure what to do but we knew we wanted to tour the city. We purchased our passes and although they were quite pricy it seemed like a great option for us because we would get to do and see many things. The one service we 100% wanted to do while in Nashville and the main reason we purchased this pass is because of the on/off bus tour advertised on their website and app. After purchasing our tickets and browsing the attraction options we began to plan our trip. While scheduling we noticed the main attractions we originally saw on the site/app were not longer available or had invalid contact information to schedule. The grey hound on and off tour, the monster truck tour, and golf cart tour (all advertised when purchased) as well as the drinking game are all not included in this pass although they were advertised. As mentioned, the main reason we bought this pass was for the on/off bus tour, but when reading the fine print it says it’s not available at this time.
We called about this we were told there was no on/off tour and were not told there was another tour option with greyhound. We decided to schedule the golf cart tour instead, but we noticed this attraction was taken off the list. Same thing with the monster truck tour. We ended up doing random attractions on the list just to try to get our money’s worth of these tickets. As we were left feeling let down from these passes and barley got to see or learn much about the history of the city, I decided to explain my issues on the Contact Us Form on the website. This was in late May, I still have yet to received a follow up regarding this (it’s now mid June- 3ish weeks later). Because of this I call customer service and explain my situation, on the first call it was disconnected. I call again, explain the situation another time, and I was told all the managers were in a meeting and I would be called back. The rest of the afternoon goes by, as well as another day and I never received a call back. So I call again (a day and a half later), again I explain my situation, and I am told the managers are still busy and will email me in 2-3 business days. I am currently waiting on this email. Overall I am upset with the false advertisement and customer service with this pass. The company should fix their advertising on the site so customers know exactly what they are receiving and signing up for and it is accurate information. Additionally, this company should check all of their contact information for the partners they had. I had issues with email addresses bouncing back when trying to schedule as well as incorrect phone numbers/hours listed. Finally, there should be better customer service both on the phone line and online from. Having to call this company now 3 times to try to get this issue resolved and filling out a form that says contact us then never receiving a contact back is a huge let down. Again I’m very upset with this company and pass as I originally had high hopes and it seemed like a cool option for tourists. From my experience I would not recommend.

We are still waiting for our refund as they promised us in April 2022.
Their teammember promised a refund, because we can’t get a helicopter flight from 09th till 15th April. We are from Europe so she promised a refund within five days, because we had an insurance, so everything will be alright. But until now - we did'nt get the money (more than 600$) back.

There was a problem with the pass that did not work at Empire state building. Cost me extra 1 hour to solve staying on the phone with the office
Some other attractions are no longer valid (eg Hush Tours Hip Hop) despite mentioned on the website- clearly misleading!
Kind request for refund handled obnoxiously and unfriendly rejected.
Disappointing service

Worked for us but some caveats
I was worried about this after all the reviews but it worked for us.
We got the 4 attraction flex pass and used it successfully at The Edge, Empire State, MoMA and 9/11 museum. Only frustration and why I'm not giving 5 stars is that the flex pass isn't valid for statue of liberty ferry. It is noted in small print but not made explicit.
Overall I'd say you need to read carefully for each attraction as to whether it works for the pass option you're picking. And check the costs as its only really worthwhile if you're doing multiple places over $30 each. Realistically you'd be pushed to do more than 2 places in a day.

BUY A DIFFERENT PASS!!! Deceptive advertising! HORRIBLE customer service!
We researched and researched passes and settled on this one because of the daily hop on hop off busses and the airport shuttle that they advertised! We purchased the passes January 31 for travel in May. Website stated that the Greyline busses would be reviewed in the spring so we thought we would be safe, after all, why would a company KNOWINGLY keep something advertised on their site that hasn’t been in operation (according to NYC bus company) in 2 years with no indication that they will be resuming in the future. Oh… and this free airport shuttle? The ONLY pass that offered it? Non-existent!! I couldn’t believe it… I was so angry! This totally ruined the trip for me… now we were paying for busses, $85 for a Friday shuttle back to the airport. Don’t expect a full day Central bike rental either…. They only keep so many bikes aside for NYSS passes. Doesn’t matter that other bikes were available, they won’t give them to you until after 3:30 and they close at 6:30…. So 3 hours after walking all the way back thru Central Park and blocks away. Definitely spoiled our Central Park plans. People at the bike rental company were extremely rude and unbending. They mentioned that they get many complaints from pass holders. They were super nice afterwards when they were looking for tips though…. Do yourselves a favour and spend your money elsewhere. They don’t return emails, say there are no supervisors to speak to when you call (on 4 different days). No refund policy… doesn’t matter whether they supply what they advertise or not. Terrible surprises in an already super expensive city! Will be reporting this business
